PROPER MANAGEMENT APPROVAL

TO ALL PRESIDENTS/CHAIRPERSONS OF WIZO FEDERATIONS

Dear Chaveroth,

I am very pleased to be able to inform you that we have just received official approval of “Proper Management” which is required by the Amutot Registrar for the duration of one year until 31^st December 2010.   This official approval is required for each and every year.  To those of you who participated in the Mini-MOR in June 2009, you will remember that I spoke about the great importance of receiving this official approval, without which we will not be able to continue to receive funds and subsidies from the Government and other authorities.

In order to receive this official approval of Proper Management, we have been working in exact accordance with the regulations of the Authorities, this concerns our schools and youth villages, our day care centers and all other important activities that WIZO is carrying out.   All donations must be used for the stipulated wishes of the donors, and this matter is being carefully scrutinized by internal accountants and official authorities to make sure that such funds are really put to use as the donors’ wish.  Our accounts are transparent, and all our financial reports are most carefully examined and approved.

So I want to share with you the happy news that we received this

Official approval of “Proper Management”,  which is so very important for the continuation of our sacred work.
